Healing Modalities

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God… and it will be given to you.” – James 1:5

Your healing journey is unique, and it requires more than a single approach. We blend neuroscience, psychotherapy, and Christ-centered care to address not only emotional pain, but also spiritual disconnection. Every modality is prayerfully chosen to meet you where you are and to help you move toward lasting transformation, in both mind and spirit.

Ketagenics Psychotherapy Modalities

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Psychedelic-assisted therapy offers an opportunity to approach healing from a deeper level than traditional talk therapy alone. I offer carefully guided ketamine-assisted sessions, administered only after you’ve been medically evaluated and cleared by a trusted prescribing provider. These sessions take place in a safe, supportive environment where prayer, scripture, and the presence of God are central. The process can help open new pathways in the brain, allowing old emotional patterns to be released and new perspectives to take root. Throughout the experience, you are never alone I remain prayerfully present, offering therapeutic grounding and Christ-centered care from start to finish.

Integration Therapy

The insights and breakthroughs that emerge during a session need to be anchored in everyday life in order to create lasting change. That’s where integration therapy comes in. Within 72 hours of each dosing session, I meet to process what God revealed and explore how to carry those revelations into your daily walk. This time allows you to reflect, ask questions, and receive guidance for living out the truths you’ve encountered. It is a bridge between the profound moments of the session and the steady transformation of your daily life, helping to ensure that the seeds planted in your heart are nurtured into lasting growth.

Your Journey Toward Wholeness

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is a powerful, trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain and body heal from painful or distressing memories. Through gentle, guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps you process past experiences so they no longer hold emotional power over you. In a faith-based setting, EMDR becomes more than a therapeutic technique—it’s an invitation to partner with the Holy Spirit in renewing your mind, restoring peace, and allowing God to rewrite the story that pain once told.

IFS (Internal Family Systems)

IFS helps you understand and bring healing to the different “parts” of yourself—those inner voices or emotions that often carry pain, fear, or protective patterns. Through curiosity and compassion, we learn to listen to these parts rather than silence or shame them.
When integrated with faith, IFS becomes a deeply spiritual process of inviting Jesus into those inner spaces, allowing His love and truth to bring harmony, redemption, and peace to every part of your being.

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)

ACT focuses on helping you accept what you can’t control, while courageously committing to actions that reflect your faith, values, and purpose. It teaches you to make space for difficult emotions without being ruled by them.
From a Christian perspective, ACT aligns beautifully with the call to walk by faith—to surrender control, live with intention, and allow God’s truth to guide your choices and bring freedom in the present moment.

MRT (Mindfulness-Based Reprocessing Therapy)

MRT combines mindfulness and trauma processing to help you gently reconnect with your body, emotions, and present-moment awareness. It provides a safe, grounded way to heal without being overwhelmed by the past.
When practiced through a faith lens, mindfulness becomes an act of worship—quieting the noise of the world and becoming still before God, allowing His presence to bring clarity, calm, and renewal.

Trauma-Informed Care

Healing from trauma requires safety, trust, and a pace that honors your readiness. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, which means I take great care to ensure your body and nervous system feel secure before processing deeper material. Using evidence-based therapeutic methods, I help calm the stress response, reframe painful memories, and restore your God-given sense of safety and belonging. In this way, trauma healing is not a retraumatizing experience, but a journey of gradual release and deep peace.

Faith-Based Counseling

You don’t have to choose between professional therapy and your faith here, they work together. Prayer, scripture, and spiritual discernment are seamlessly integrated into every stage of your healing process. I invite the Holy Spirit to guide each step, trusting that God can meet you in the quiet moments of reflection as well as in the deep work of transformation. As Colossians 3:2 reminds us, “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” This sacred integration ensures that the truths you discover in therapy are aligned with God’s Word and His vision for your life.

A Christ-Centered Healing Space

All of these modalities come together in a space that is safe, prayerful, and Spirit-led. My goal is not to chase extraordinary experiences, but to create an environment where true transformation can take root. I believe that healing is a sacred partnership between you, your therapist, and the God who restores all things.
