My approach is designed for adults 18 and older who have already tried traditional therapy or medications but are still struggling with challenges such as trauma, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, or emotional blocks that persist despite prior help. It is also for those who are open to non-traditional, experiential healing methods, including psychedelic-assisted therapy, and who are comfortable with completing a medical evaluation before beginning. Spiritually, this work is ideal for Christians or those open to exploring faith in therapy, and who believe God can meet them in altered states of consciousness to bring deep healing.

Psychedelic-assisted therapy is a therapeutic process that uses certain medications, such as ketamine, in a safe, medically supervised environment to help open new neural pathways and access deeper layers of healing. In my practice, this is done with Christ-centered guidance, prayer, and therapeutic grounding to ensure the experience is both spiritually and emotionally safe. The goal is to help you process unresolved pain, gain clarity, and anchor lasting change.

Yes. Your safety is our top priority. You will undergo a thorough medical evaluation by a licensed prescribing provider before beginning your journey. All dosing sessions are conducted in a controlled, supportive setting, with your therapist present the entire time. I combine professional clinical training with spiritual discernment to create a space that is both safe and sacred.

My services are not currently covered by insurance. However, I’m happy to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) for each 60-minute session that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Because every insurance plan is different, I encourage you to reach out to your provider to learn more about your specific benefits. Many clients find that they are able to receive partial reimbursement this way.

During a dosing session, you remain aware and able to communicate. While the medicine may create altered perceptions or deep emotional experiences, you are never left alone, and your therapist will guide you through with prayerful presence and grounding techniques. Many clients describe feeling safe, supported, and deeply connected to God throughout the process.

Yes — I collaborate with trusted psychiatric providers who offer medication management outside of Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. When appropriate, I can provide a referral to ensure you receive cohesive, team-based care. This collaborative approach allows your therapeutic and medical providers to work together—supporting you holistically in mind, body, and spirit.

Faith is woven into every part of this work. I begin and end each session with prayer, use scripture as part of integration conversations, and seek God’s wisdom at every step. My goal is not just emotional healing, but spiritual renewal helping you reconnect with God in a way that transforms your daily walk.

Dosing sessions are the guided experiences where the medicine is administered, allowing you to enter a therapeutic state that can reveal deep emotional and spiritual truths. Integration sessions happen within 72 hours of each dosing and are dedicated to processing what God revealed, making sense of your experience, and learning how to live out those insights in practical ways.

The Healing Package includes two 3-hour dosing sessions and two 60-minute integration sessions, usually spaced several weeks apart. Including the initial assessment and medical clearance, most clients complete their journey over the course of 4–6 weeks.

While my approach is Christ-centered, you do not need to be a Christian to participate. I welcome those who are spiritually curious and open to exploring faith as part of their healing. My will honor your beliefs while also sharing from a biblical perspective.
